Flexible Support Prices
Lifeline time is charged in 5-hourly blocks. Those purchased at the beginning of the subscription year cost £270, those purchased as top-ups during the year cost £290. The annual membership fee is £85. The minimum purchase in any one year is one 5-hour block. Time not used up during the year can be carried over as long as the membership is renewed.
Schools renewing their membership will get 5% additional time.
Each 5-hour block also includes an emergency drop-in visit of up to 30 minutes. Should an emergency visit take significantly longer than 30 minutes, then the time will be deducted from the block of time that you have purchased.
