The following benefits are provided as part of the Lifeline service.

  • COMPREHENSIVE and expert advice, support and training on networked and standalone computers.
  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT On most occasions you will be able to access help immediately via a telephone helpline or alternatively send an email outlining the problem. If help is not immediately available you will be contacted within 24 hours. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, a call out visit will be arranged as soon as possible. You are entitled to one call out visit for every five hours of support that you have purchased.
