Lifeline Subscription Service.

The Lifeline subscription service for schools is our most popular service. We recognise that ICT resources and expertise vary from school to school and have developed our support service to address your individual needs. Some schools prefer to arrange regular visits for peace of mind or if they feel that they require extra time. Other schools prefer to have us ready when needed but don't necessarily need an on-site presence on a regular basis (for example if the school has an existing engineer or if they are quite a small establishment).

Our service can be tailored to either one or both of these scenarios, completely dependent on what works best for you.


Flexible Support.

Our Flexible Support Service gives you the peace of mind of cover when things may go wrong. You can call on us when you are in need of IT Assistance and we will do our utmost to resolve your issue as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours). Hours can be purchased and topped up whenever you what to keep you going.

Regular Visits.

The second option in the Lifeline Subscription Service is Regular Visits. We can arrange for an engineer to come to your school on a basis of your choosing, such as weekly, fortnightly, monthly; whatever suits you best. This gives you a guaranteed time to have an engineer on-site. Of course, you can still get our help outside of these regular visits though!
