Lifeline Contract Support

When you take out an annual Lifeline Contract you get an initial IT health check free of charge.

The contract provides:

Remote Support
Unlimited remote support during office hours (9.00—5.30)
Contact via email or telephone (reply within 2 hours but generally much quicker).
Onsite Visits
If the problem cannot be solved remotely, we will make a site visit within one business day.
What is Covered?
Our service includes servers, PCs, laptops, printers, data projectors and other peripherals. You also get a consultancy visit during the year to help you plan future developments.
Save Money
You will receive discounts on hardware, software and consumables.

We will undertake ‘project work’ (installation of new hardware or software) at a discounted rate (£45 per hour—normally £55).

We can supply backup solutions tailored to your needs. We can also supply and support networking infrastructure (wired and wireless).

Pricing
The price you pay depends on the number of computers and laptops to be covered and can be as little as £11 per month per PC/laptop.

The cost of supporting a server will be ascertained after the initial health check.

The contract is for one year. You can pay monthly or pay the whole year in advance and receive a 10% discount.

All prices are exclusive of VAT
